Mr. Morgan is currently the Executive Director for Cyber Security Operations for Mantech International Corp supporting the national security community.
He also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Information Systems Department, Intelligence Solutions Division, L-3 Communications Services Group. He held a similar position
with Titan Corporation before its acquisition by L-3.
He worked for BTG, Inc. (acquired by Titan Corp.) as Vice President of federal sales where he was responsible for marketing computer security products.
Mr. Morgan spent 26 years in the Air Force, retiring in 1996 as a Colonel. He holds a B.S. from the Air Force Academy, a M.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Utah, and a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
