With over 30 years in the transportation industry Frank has extensive executive experience as past President & CEO of General Hydrogen (hydrogen fuel cells for industrial applications), of BELTPACK Corporation (a sub of CN) and of CANAC Inc (another sub of CN in rail related technology products). Early in his career Frank was a consultant to
the telecom sector and an executive at Westel Communications Inc.
Frank has a Masters in Economics from the University of Toronto.
