Co-founded JDA Software, now Blue Yonder, in 1985 and served as President, Co-CEO and Co-Chairman of the Board for various periods of time through 2000. Business Week followed by including the company in its “100 Hot Growth Companies of 1998” issue. Fred was a finalist in Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” competition in 1996. Since his retirement, he formed and serves as Managing Director of Clarendon Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm and family office.
Fred was previously employed as Retail Consulting Manager with Touche Ross & Co. from 1981 to 1985 and as Director of Corporate Planning for the Sherwin Williams Company from 1976 to 1981.
