While a VP at Telemac Cellular they reprogrammed the cellphone clock chip to store call and accounting data, which lead to the development of the TRACfone an early stage MVNO. Gary Campbell then became CEO of CanCall Cellular the major US provider of cellular rental services, which ultimately became the AT&T's national cellular rental administrator.
