Gary Haroian is a software industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience leading software and services companies. Gary's executive experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer at Bowstreet, a provider of software application tools; Senior Vice President of Finance and
Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Concord Communications, a network management software company; and Chief Financial Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer at Stratus Computer, a provider of continuous availability software and service. Earlier in his career Gary was a CPA at Arthur Andersen.
Gary serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees of EnerNOC’s Board of Directors. In addition to his position on EnerNOC’s Board of Directors, Gary currently serves as a director of Aspen Technology and Brightcove, and has previously served as a director of A123 Systems, Network Engines, Unica Corporation, Phase Forward, Authorize.Net Holdings, and Embarcadero Technologies.
Gary holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
