McKay currently is a Senior Principal with CPP Investment Board. Prior to joining CPPIB, McKay worked at Vulcan Capital where he was a Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group.
In addition, he has served as a General Partner at Forstmann Little & Co., where he began his private equity career, and as a member of the Mergers
Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
McKay holds a B.A. from the University of Victoria and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
