George Farquar, who is CEO and Founder, has successfully transitioned technology from the lab to market at his previous startup where he was a co-founder and CTO. George has over a decade of experience developing trace detection and analytical techniques for national security applications at Lawrence Livermore national Laboratory.
George
received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Louisiana State University in 2003. Upon completion of his doctorate he was a post doctoral fellow at Oak Ridge National Laboratory studying trace aerosol and chemical detection. He has worked on a diverse set of scientific problems ranging from fundamental spectroscopy using synchrotron radiation to the analysis of human breath for counter terrorism applications.
