Mr. Montgomery brings extensive experience in business development, M&A and raising capital for growth companies through public and private equity and debt. Over the past 25 years in investment banking and in operating roles, Mr. Montgomery has focused on working with leading companies in the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Prior
to Iconic, Mr. Montgomery was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Coherus Biosciences (“CHRS”, NASDAQ), and was instrumental in raising over $225 million through private equity and business development and licensing transactions. Prior to Coherus, Mr. Montgomery worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan H&Q, Cowen & Company and CSFB. Mr. Montgomery received his BA in Political Science from Yale and his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Montgomery serves on the Board at REDF, a California nonprofit group, and on the Yale Crew Association Board, where he serves as Treasurer.
