Chip Hughes Prior to joining Blue Capital, Chip was a senior member of McKinsey & Company’s Strategy Practice, where he was recognized for his ability to help clients anticipate and respond to market discontinuities, and in particular to develop and execute growth strategies taking advantage of these discontinuities. Chip has worked extensively
in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, newspaper, and light manufacturing.
Chip was a Baker Scholar at the Harvard Business School, where he earned an M.B.A., and holds a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Chip sits on the board of FNX, Limited and Great Lakes Computer Source, Inc. Chip is also a member of the Board of Councilors of the College of Letters, Arts & Sciences at the University of Southern California.
