George Neble has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2018. Since July 2017, Mr. Neble has served as a business consultant. From 2012 to June 2017, Mr. Neble served as managing partner of the Boston office of Ernst & Young LLP, an accounting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Neble was a senior assurance partner at Ernst & Young
from 2002 to 2012. Mr. Neble is a certified public accountant. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College. We believe that Mr. Neble is qualified to serve on our board of directors because of his financial expertise and his experience in public accounting.
