Tingo is the Horizon Founder and CEO, and a member of the Horizon Board of Directors. In his 30 year business career, Mr. Tingo has been CEO of a multitude of service, manufacturing and technology companies, including public company CEO experience. He has owned and operated of a host of businesses with worldwide locations, operations, and sales.
Mr. Tingo holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco; he was the founding partner of a California-based law firm; and, he is a current member in good standing of the State Bar of California. As Horizon’s CEO Mr. Tingo is responsible for the Horizon executive, legal, operating, technology, and financial affairs.
