Hunter is the Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, Inc., a global electronics company. Hunter has served as a director of Littelfuse, Inc. since June 2002, and joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in November 2003. He assumed the role of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, Inc. on January 1, 2005.
He is
currently a member of the Board of Directors of Veeco Instruments, Inc., where he serves on its Compensation Committee. Hunter also serves on the Council of Advisors of Shure Incorporated. The Board believes that Hunter’s experience as a sitting President and Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded corporation serving global markets, as well as substantial experience in the electronics industry, make him well qualified to serve as a director.
