Greg Basser has over 30 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry as well as significant international business, commercial, and legal experience in the U.S., United Kingdom, South-East Asia, Australia, and elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to becoming the chief executive officer of Village Roadshow Pictures Group and
VREG, Basser was a senior executive at VRL, where he served in various capacities between 1999 and 2006.
Basser was also the managing partner and head of the media and entertainment group at Herbert Geer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Law degree from Monash University.
