Grudic received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Between 2001 and 2009 he was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He now works full-time as Chief Technology Officer at Flashback
Technologies. His research in machine learning touches upon a number of fundamental areas including regression, classification, reinforcement learning, semi-supervised learning, clustering and outlier detection. His bibliography includes more than 40 publications in machine learning, statistics and robotics.
