Guy Buckley is chief development officer of Spectra Energy. He leads the company’s project execution, project management, economic evaluation, strategy, and mergers and acquisition efforts. In addition, he oversees Spectra Energy’s liquids business segment. Mr. Buckley serves on the board of DCP Midstream Partners.
Buckley joined the company in
1989 and has held a number of leadership positions in the areas of engineering, operations, marketing and project and business development. He previously served as treasurer of Spectra Energy, and as group vice president of corporate development. He was named to his current position in 2014.
Buckley received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.
