Hang is our co-founder and Chief Nutrition Scientist. She has spent 10+ years in nutrition science research field, and has co-authored and published 11 research papers in top tier science magazines. Her life-long goal is to bring nutrition cares to Chinese population and improve people’s healthy eating habits. Hang is US registered dietitian and
holds a PhD degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M University. She is also recipient of Outstanding Researcher Green Card issued by US government.
