Harold Shelton is the Chief Financial Officer at DOZR. Harold is CFO at Farsight Security and is responsible for all finance and accounting operations. In this role, he oversees functions that support Farsight's growth and operations including financial planning, financial reporting, treasury and taxes.

Vice President of Finance at Pricelock, Pricelock is the first company bringing Internet-integrated commodity price protection products to businesses and consumers along with the first customized, online energy auction platform. Pricelock is a start-up, whose investors including Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Travelers Insurance and Artiman Ventures with ~30 employees and over $2billion in Auctions completed on our platform and prior to that VP of Fiance at OpenTV, a leading provider of software solutions for pay TV operators around the world. His experience there included navigating the company through a "going-private" transaction as well as being part of the senior management team with responsibility for providing leadership to all worldwide operations, including financial and business processes and policies, subsidiary management, M&A, strategic transactions and general administration. Prior to OpenTV, he held senior finance roles at Intuit, E*Trade and Tandem Computers. Harold also worked at Remedy Corporation as the head of Sales Operations.
Harold holds an MBA in Finance from the University Of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University.
