Havard is economist and chartered accountant. He has extensive experience in auditing of large and medium-sized customers, both listed and unlisted companies, in the retail, industrial, transportation and IT industries. Havard has also worked extensively with corporate governance and lectured on the subject.
Havard has 9 years of experience
from the Oslo Stock Exchange, where he led the Equity department, while he was a member of the Norwegian Accounting Standards Board.
In the period 2008-2012 he was vice chairman and chairman of Revisorforeningen. He has been CEO of PwC Norway since 2010.
Before that he was head of PwC's Audit Unit. Håvard is also on PwC's global governance.
