With more than 20 years of customer service leadership experience, Heather brings a wealth of operational and strategic knowledge to the position. Prior to joining Photobucket, Heather
consulted to Turbine, a leading producer and publisher of online subscription entertainment. Before Turbine, she served as the Vice President of Customer Service at Monster.com where she was instrumental in implementing customer-facing programs and services that dramatically increased customer satisfaction and improved the quality of the customer experience. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Boston College, Summa Cum Laude and is a COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Registered Coordinator.
