technical leader where he received recognition for work he performed in the Deep Space Network. As an author, he contributed to the Guide to the Product Management and Marketing Body of Knowledge (ProdBOK®), a global standard of methodologies and practices to help organizations improve product outcomes. He also helps executives and entrepreneurs build products customers love. Hector and his wife live in Silver Spring, MD. He attended UC Santa Barbara and The University of Texas at El Paso.
