Helen has spent over 15 years in UK early-stage finance. After beginning her career in management consultancy, she worked on the Oxford Technology VCTs and then at YFM Equity Partners.
Helen has board-level experience at a wide variety of high-growth UK businesses, including 3 years as a NED of IXICO, an AIM-listed medical image management and
analysis business. She has also spent time working with Crowdcube on the London Co-Investment Fund, as well as with Grant Thornton and Clearly So, an impact investment advisory firm.
Helen joined Cass as Investment Director of the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund in September 2015.
