Henri Meier is a former member of the Roche Group Executive Committee, for over 16 years Chief Financial Officer of the group, member of the Strategy Committee and Board member. He is also Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Givaudan AG as well as Board member of the Board of Directors of several Swiss corporate groups. He was a member of
the Executive Committee of the Handelsbank National Westminster, member of the Executive Committee of Motor Columbus Ing. and Division Chief at the World Bank in Washington. He holds a master’s degree and a PhD in business administration and economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The University of Basel, Switzerland, awarded him the title of an honorary PhD.
