Herman Daems is Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is an associate professor in Strategic Management at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). He was a visiting professor at Harvard Business School and has been Chairman of the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EVCA).
Currently, Herman Daems is a director of
CoWare, Domo Chemicals, Vanbreda Risk & Benefits and Efico, chairman of the Board of Directors of Barco and of IPEV, an international consultation body that defines valuation standards for Private Equity and Venture Capital.
