Imraan Ali, a practicing Realtor® in Los Angeles since 2004, saw that as his practice grew, he had less time to spend with family and friends. Frequently his clients needed offers written and terms negotiated after normal work hours, when he was away from his desk or laptop. The frustration of playing beat-the-clock against tight bidding deadlines
coupled with the importance of providing his clients’ with timely service, prompted him to find a solution. An introduction to Kevin Hincker, a programmer, started the process of creating a mobile offer-writing and negotiation solution. By creating relationships and enlisting the cooperation of MLSs and Realtor Associations, NuOffer is able to provide more and more Realtors the freedom to balance work and life.
