Mr. Chandra is a Managing Partner of CIG Spectrum Capital & Candlewood Spectrum, which are family office holding companies with private investments in numerous operating companies and niche funds.
Over his twenty five plus year career, Mr. Chandra has served on the management committees, investment committees, LPAC and advisory committees
for various opportunistic credit, private credit, real estate, specialty finance platforms, co-investment SPVs, private equity funds and their related investment managers with collective assets in excess of $25 billion. Past roles include Co-Founder, President and Managing Partner of Candlewood Investment Group and Managing Director, Investment Committee Member for the Credit Suisse Credit Investment Group.
Mr. Chandra is a direct investor and has or currently serves as board member, board observer and/or senior advisor to Capital Rx, Cyware Labs, Summit Parks, The Forest Road Company, RioBlanco Capital, Emerald Development and Rex Shares. As an Angel investor, Mr. Chandra has over ten public and private market exits.
Mr. Chandra is a CFA charterholder and received his B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Cornell University where he was also a Meinig National Scholar.
