Ismail has been the Head of Demand Management at Meta, responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of sales, partnership & marketing engagement channels for all SMBs around the world. Previously he led the largest global small business advertiser program for Facebook's 10M+ advertisers across all geographic regions and countries,
servicing millions of businesses annually.
Prior to Meta, Ismail was the founder & President of Funding Gates, where he built the financial technology team that created the most advanced AR management SaaS platform in the US. Ismail started his career at Goldman Sachs and UBS, where he was part of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Teams in New York.
Ismail is a member of the World Economic Forum, American Economic Association and Royal Economic Society.
