Jacob Hanchar is the Chairman and a major investor in Digital Dream Labs, an educational technology company based in Pittsburgh. He serves as advisor and investor to many start-up companies in Western PA. Before this, he was a director of River Hill Coal Company in Central Pennsylvania and was a recognized international consultant on coal markets.
He received his doctorate in 2007 from the University of California.
