Jac is a Fox Corporation Board Member, and its Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. He is also a Director of Koç Holdings. Jac is former Chairman of BHP Billiton. He was a member of the Board of BHP Billiton since 2006. He also served on the International Advisory Board of Allianz.
