Jacquie Phillips is currently a film & television producer, director who works at the intersection of technology and entertainment. She was previously the co-founder and Head of Product at Lifecrowd.com. She is known as a passionate product evangelist and user experience advocate whether developing consumer software applications or creating
original, award-winning content.
Phillips oversaw product development and user experience for Lifecrowd's expanding group activities social platform that makes it easy for users to discover, host, and participate in group activities happening in their area. Since leaving Lifecrowd she has developed, produced, and directed content for film, television, and streaming platforms. Her feature directorial debut, WILD MAN, won several awards during the 2017 festival circuit and will be released in early 2018.
Prior to Lifecrowd, Phillips served as business product manager for Google Offers. She was also the lead PM for Google's first experiment in personalized product search for soft goods, Boutiques.com.
Phillips was the director of product management at Like.com [acquired by Google Inc.] There, she developed several dynamic tools for product category, genre, events classification and an intelligent curation and rating system for brands and merchants.
