James C. Gaither has been a managing director of Sutter Hill Ventures, a venture capital investment firm, since 2000.

Mr. Gaither holds a BA degree in Economics from Princeton University and a JD degree from Stanford University Law School. He joined the NVIDIA board in 1998.
