James Daley has been an independent consultant since his retirement in July 2003 from Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), an information technology service company. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of EDS from March 1999 to February 2003, and as its executive vice president of Client Solutions, Global Sales
and Marketing from February 2003 to July 2003.
From 1963 until his retirement in 1998, Daley was with Price Waterhouse, L.L.P., an accounting firm, where he served as co-chairman-operations and vice chairman-International from 1988 to 1998. Daley currently serves on the board of directors of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
He holds a B.B.A. from Ohio University.
