James Hall is a lifelong entrepreneur. He forged his career in the insurance, healthcare, group purchasing, and charitable giving organizations.
Currently leading Salty., a hyper-growth insurtech business, and co-Founder of AVIAÂ, a group purchasing organization for private jets.
He has built and sold several organizations including Insurance
Point, which provides insurance benefits to healthcare employees at hundreds of hospitals across the United States, sold to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in July 2014, and Ebenefits.com, a successful web-based human resource benefits administration system, sold to UPMC 2007.
James is an Associate Fellow of the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. His field of interest is entrepreneurship and the scaling of new ventures. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Saïd Business School’s Entrepreneurship Centre and co-led the development of the Oxford Foundry.
He was the CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Under his leadership, they raised $750 Million dollars.
James received his undergraduate degree from Westminster College and his graduate degrees from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. James is a dual citizen of the US and the UK.
