James is the founder and CEO of Spotz, a two-sided marketplace that makes managing, hosting, and booking any space easy.
Previously, James founded Element2, a business accelerator focused on contract C-level management and fixing what slows your business growth. Through E2, he has served executive roles for SaaS solutions, IT managed services,
CPG and startups in multiple industries. Prior to E2, he was President of Orion Lighting, a publicly traded leader in LED lighting systems for commercial and industrial industries, and was a channel manager for Cisco Systems, Inc., where he defined his territory’s strategy for channel engagement.
James is also the founder, former president and board member of Accelerate Madison, a high-level networking organization and startup incubator designed to connect IT Innovations with established businesses.
