James Li is the co-founder and CEO of Encore Alert--a SaaS platform that helps digital marketers identify key social media mentions and trends in real time, alerting them with an actionable recommendation. Previously, James managed the weekly e-newsletter for the Small Business Administration, led fundraising and retention strategy for numerous DC-area nonprofits, and served as a speechwriting intern at the White House for Vice President Joe Biden. James earned his BA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Georgetown University, where he won the Dean's Award and the Swift Glass Award for Innovation.
