James is the CEO of Architect Capital. Prior to starting Architect Capital, James was the co-founder and managing partner of Arc Labs, a niche credit fund that focuses on lending to tech-enabled businesses.
Prior to founding Arc Labs, James managed a multi-family office, where he focused on managing the firm's private debt activities. James
holds a number of advisory roles, and is active in the fintech community.
James graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership. He grew up in Lake Tahoe, and was a competitive ski racer throughout his youth and college.
