Ms. Guon joined Pacific Life in 1995 as assistant corporate secretary with initial responsibility to assist Pacific Life and its subsidiary companies in the areas of corporate governance, director, officer, and shareholder matters, and compliance and regulatory matters. In 2006 she was promoted to assistant vice president and assistant secretary
with additional areas of responsibility including directing the conduct and protocol of the shareholder, board, and board committee meetings of Pacific Life and its subsidiaries. On January 1, 2011, she assumed the role of vice president and corporate secretary.
Prior to joining Pacific Life, Ms. Guon was a paralegal for the law firms of Michael D. Pursell and Wright, Tolliver and Guthals, P.C. from 1988 to 1995.
