Jason S. Barg joined the Philadelphia office of LMP as a Senior Associate in June 2010. Prior to LMP, Jason was an Investment Banking Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, where he advised clients on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, specialty finance companies and asset managers. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason
