Jason Mitchell is Co-Founder & Head of Technology for GovForce, a venture-backed performance, compliance, and collaboration platform for the government contractors who keep America on track. Jason co-founded GovForce after extensive research with colleagues and hearing common themes from the technological challenges GovCons personally faced.
GovForce is Jason’s fifth CTO role. Before joining GovForce, Jason had been founder and CTO of Patient Finder, a data analytics software firm acquired by Definitive Healthcare (NASDAQ: DH). At Patient Finder, Jason built and led both the product and engineering teams and created a system of record for patient treatment history and indicated device therapies.
He began his career by creating his own technology firm, building and coding solutions for small business owners and consulting on innovative solutions for clients such as MGM Resorts International, Home Depot, and Georgia Pacific. After selling that business, Jason went on to create technology firms in HealthTech and business intelligence.
Jason’s passion is solving business challenges through innovative workflows in highly regulated environments. He also enjoys advising and coaching entrepreneurs disrupting industries through transformative technologies. Jason played varsity baseball at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta before leaving to run his own technology company. He lives in Atlanta with his partner, Paul, and their rescue cats.
