Jay Holmes retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Bausch & Lomb where he was also a member of the Board of Directors. Since retirement, he has been involved with a number of ophthalmic related companies including board of director service on the boards of Visx, Intralase, TLC Vision, and Occulogix. Other board
of director service has included Rochester Energy Group and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
