Jayant Kulkarni, Ph.D., is the CEO and co-founder of Quartzy—the world’s No. 1 lab management platform.
Jayant earned his doctoral degree in Control Systems from Cornell University, where he studied optimal control theory and its applications. He has an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and spent time as a Swartz
Fellow at the Center for Theoretical Neuroscience at Columbia University, where he worked with statisticians and neuroscientists to build brain-function models.
When he's not helping scientists organize and manage their labs, Jayant runs his own comedy lab, where he hopes to invent the perfect stand-up routine.
