Jean Marc Forneri has been a director since 2002.
In 2004, Mr. Forneri founded Bucephale Finance, a boutique M&A firm specializing in large transactions for French corporations, foreign investors and private equity firms. He remains a senior partner of the firm. For the seven years prior to Bucephale's founding, Mr. Forneri headed the
investment banking business of Credit Suisse First Boston in Paris. He was Managing Director and Head of Credit Suisse First Boston France S.A., and Vice Chairman, Europe. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Forneri was a Partner of Demachy Worms & Cie Finance, where he was in charge of investment banking activities of Group Worms. Mr. Forneri is a director of SAFRAN SA and Balmain SA, and is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grand Port Maritime de Marseille.
