Mr. Carter is a twenty-eight year veteran of the cable television advertising industry. He began his career in 1984 and has served in the capacities of Regional Director for TeleCable Corporation, Regional Vice President for Telecommunications, Inc and Group Vice President for AT&T where he was responsible for the majority of AT&T's
cable advertising sales operations in the eastern United States.
Mr. Carter is a co-founder of Viamedia and the CEO of Viamedia Holdings, Viamedia, Inc, Viamedia LLC and VNS, LLC. Viamedia and its affiliated companies operates in fifty-six US DMAs. He serves on the Board of Directors and oversees the operations of the companies as Chief Executive Officer.
