Jeffrey P. Blanchard

Capital Group of Texas II, L.P., in 1994, and First Capital Group of Texas III, L.P., in 2000. He serves as a managing member of First Capital Group Management Company, LLC, which oversees all of First Capital Group’s investment funds. Prior to the establishment of First Capital Group, Mr. Blanchard held senior management positions with First Dallas Capital Corporation from 1979 to 1981, and Rust Capital, Ltd., an Austin, Texas-based venture capital firm, from 1981 to 1983. In addition, he was also responsible for managing the investment activities of Victoria Capital Corporation, the venture capital subsidiary of Victoria Bankshares, Inc., from 1989 until it was sold to Norwest Bank in 1994. Mr. Blanchard also served in an operating position with a distressed portfolio company, Tescorp, Inc., and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 1982 to 1983, and as President of Baseball Express, another portfolio company, from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Blanchard earned B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. In 1989, Mr. Blanchard was chosen as Entrepreneur of the Year™ in South Texas by Ernst & Young and INC. Magazine. He is active in local and statewide activities, having served on the boards and/or committees of the Texas Capital Network, the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, two non-profit school boards, and as President of a local historical association. Mr. Blanchard has invested in a wide variety of companies and industries, including information technologies, telecommunications, data communications, broadcasting, manufacturing, and companies engaged in catalog, business-to-business, and Internet distribution. Mr. Blanchard currently serves on the boards of several First Capital Group portfolio companies
