Mr. Valko is a co-founder of Reverse Medical Corporation, and serves on the Board of Directors. He was previously a Manager of the MedFocus Management Company, LLC. He brings over 25 years of industry experience in medical device development ranging from early stage start-up to large corporate (Johnson & Johnson, Baxter Healthcare)
environments, including a several year Southeast Asia expatriate role. Mr. Valko has an extensive background of leadership in Research and Development, Product Development, Business Development and early stage start-up value building. He has also sponsored/lead large US multi-center randomized clinical trials and numerous pre-clinical studies. Mr. Valko has also served as Chief Operating Officer for a next generation non-polymer drug eluting stent technology and a trans-vascular aortic heart valve technology, both acquired by large multi-national corporations. He has represented several MedFocus portfolio companies in roles including interim CEO, Director, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Valko serves on the Board of Directors of several medical device companies. Mr. Valko holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Healthcare Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
