Jenny Chang co-founded Trend Micro with her husband, Steve Chang, in 1988. In her role as Chief Culture Officer, Jenny is in charge of promoting and maintaining Trend Micro’s core values and open-minded transnational culture. In 1988, Jenny became Trend Micro's first U.S. Marketing Director. Jenny oversaw the campaigns that made Virus Buster
(PC-cillin) Japan's number one antivirus desktop product, capturing more than 70 percent of the desktop antivirus market.
Prior to founding Trend Micro, Jenny worked in marketing at Hewlett-Packard Taiwan, was Chief Editor of Common Wealth Publishing and was the Marketing Director at AsiaTek Computer.
Jenny graduated from National Taiwan University and Lehigh University where she majored in Information Science.
