My past experience includes: building out and running a greenfield legal department, contract drafting and negotiation, technology
licensing and transactions, data security and privacy, HR and employment law, acquisition integration, consulting, leadership of cross-functional teams, product design, technology architecture, and complex software integration and implementation, primarily for enterprise cloud/SaaS financial technology companies . Much of my work and academic research has been focused on the finance industry, but I have also worked on projects with nonprofits, e-commerce businesses, and government. I also write novels and screenplays.
