Jeremy began his investment career with Bio*One Capital in 2008 with the medtech investment group. In 2009, he was posted to California to lead EDBI’s US investment activities there and also served on the boards of US portfolio companies such as Contour Energy, Sotera Wireless, Amaranth Medical and goBalto Inc.
Prior to EDBI, Jeremy was a
researcher trained by A*STAR, Nanyang Technological University, University of Southampton and Imperial College London and held multiple patents for diagnostic and bio-artificial organ applications. In 1998, he spearheaded an engineering team developing autonomous machines in a robotic start-up that has been subsequently acquired.
