Jeroen van der Veer was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board as of 1 July 2009 at the General Meeting of 27 April 2009. From 1 October 2009 until 9 May 2011 he was vice-chairman. He has been chairman since 9 May 2011. Until the end of June 2009, Mr. van der Veer was chief executive officer of Royal Dutch Shell plc.
