Jerry is a licensed Doctor of Optometry and practiced for 26 years prior to launching a successful career involving contact lens development and commercialization.
Jerry is a co-inventor of Paragon CRT® contact lenses, the market leader, for overnight corneal reshaping. He also is a co-founder of SynergEyes Inc., now the world leader in hybrid
contact lenses, and served as SynergEyes’ CTO and EVP, before joining Innovega to lead contact lens design and clinical and regulatory activities.
Jerry holds 36 issued patents and 50 published/pending applications. Aside from receiving extensive professional awards, Jerry holds Masters degrees in both science and business.
