Jesse is the founder and CEO of Heartland Industries, a material innovation company that engineers hemp fibers as additives for plastics. For the past few years, Jesse has been focused on embedding biomaterials into the products we use every day. His determination to commercialize high-performance carbon-negative additives will empower leaders
across raw material supply chains to advance our society toward the sustainable future we all need and deserve.
Previously, Jesse was a National Speaker for Tony Robbins and Chief of Staff at Intersection Capital. Earlier in his career, he wrote a book titled “The Millennial Merger: How to Sell, Manage, Empathize, and Communicate in a Multi-Generational Workforce.” He also did a TEDx Talk titled “The Theory of Success.”
Jesse graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.
